1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PipGems ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
PipGems provides trading signals, market data, and analytical tools for informational and educational purposes only. The Service is not a brokerage and does not facilitate financial transactions.
3. License and Personal Use
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. Signals, analytics, and all Service content are for your individual trading use only. You may not redistribute, re-broadcast, republish, resell, or share Service content — including via Telegram channels or groups, Discord, social media, or any automated forwarding — without prior written permission. Violations may result in termination of your subscription without refund.
4. No Financial Advice
The information provided by the Service, including all signals, analytics, and tools, does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such. PipGems does not recommend that any currency pair should be bought or sold by you. You must conduct your own research and due diligence before making any investment decisions.
5. Risk Disclosure
Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PipGems, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One account per person; the email address on your account is your identity for purchases, activation and support. Keep your password private. Your account, the Chrome extension and the Android app are for your personal use only — sharing an account, or letting others use your signals through it, is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension without refund.
8. Subscriptions, Activation and Bonuses
Paid access is activated on the email address you use at checkout, and it is your responsibility to sign in with that same email. Plans run for the period stated at purchase. A Lifetime plan means access for as long as PipGems operates the Service, not for the lifetime of the purchaser, and it is non-transferable. Bonuses included with a plan — such as partner products, indicator packages or time-limited access to companion apps — are provided for the stated period, are operated by the respective partner under their own terms, and may be changed or withdrawn for future purchases.
9. Payments and Refunds
PipGems is a digital service and access begins immediately after payment. All sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the buyer-protection guarantee of the payment platform you purchased through (for example, a marketplace guarantee period that applies at the time of purchase). Payments made in cryptocurrency cannot be reversed and are not refundable. Outside those cases, any refund or credit is at our sole discretion and must be requested by email at support@pipgems.com. Trading losses are never grounds for a refund.
10. Service Availability and Broker Compatibility
Signals are generated from real forex market prices and are intended for real-market currency pairs during market hours. They are not designed for, and are not supported on, broker-generated "OTC" instruments. Alerts may pause around major economic releases and when markets are closed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery speed, or that any signal will be executable at the quoted price: results depend on your broker, your connection and how quickly you enter. PipGems is not affiliated with any broker, does not control broker pricing or payouts, and is not responsible for a broker's actions.
11. No Automated Trading
PipGems does not place, automate or copy trades on any broker account, and we do not provide tools that do so. Every trade is your own decision and your own action. Automated trading on binary-options platforms is prohibited by most brokers and may lead to account closure; we will not assist with it.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not scrape, copy, resell, re-broadcast or automatically forward signals or any part of the Service; reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the extension, the Android app or any indicator files; interfere with the Service or attempt to access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
13. Privacy
We store the information needed to run your account — your email, subscription status, the settings and trades you log, and device tokens for alerts you enable. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Termination and Governing Law
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, without refund. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account from Settings. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the date above; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
